With over 20 years experience in the construction industry, Mohamed plays a lead role in developing the project vision and concept and project managing the entire process from inception through to delivery and handover. A seasoned professional in the effective project management of large master-planned communities and developments, Mohamed leads Freesia's planning and design processes, resource management and sustainability objectives.

He has extensive and exhaustive hands-on knowledge and possesses 22+ yrs. of experience with latest hi-tech innovations and methods in construction management and engineering. He is managing overall company operations and has inculcated and imbibed inspiring leadership founding and leading this organization. The MEP Division under his leadership and direction has been rapidly improving with unparallel highest quality standards and timely completion of projects, ensuring that the company's and its end users interests and expectations are met.

He have exceled in Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering, is a Gold Medalist in Master of Business Administration, PMP certified and is a LEED Accredited Professional in 3 major USGBC rating systems

Capable of impacting businesses and sustaining competitiveness using extensive knowledge of formal project methodologies, well-developed engineering skills, and high-level site planning, budgetary control, quality control, sustainable development, value engineering, site management, HSEQ, risk management, scheduling, and leadership. A highly competent and self-motivated with strong design background offering more than 20 years’ Experience in MEP projects Management, Construction, Coordination for the high scale building projects in UAE, technically strong, assertive, and good communicator with proven ability to engage team and stakeholders on projects priorities to security scheduled deliveries on the time. In-depth technical knowledge and an expertise in executing MEP projects which include performing all necessary engineering calculations, specifications and drawings associated with the sizing and specification of engineered HVAC, refrigeration and plumbing systems, Gas system, electrical supervising Projects activities till final commissioning

Projects Management: Understanding project and client requirements, designing the various systems involved, detail engineering of the systems with drawings and bill of material, planning and scheduling of various activities, including budgeting and putting efficient workflows in place to maximize the company’s productivity and performance. Very Good understanding of project planning tools, detailing, engineering and civil technical specifications, material requirement and cost estimation techniques and project management principles. Recognized as a hands-on, proactive professional who can rapidly identify problems, formulate tactical plans, initiate change, and implement effective programs in challenging and diverse environments
